1. Bulldozer Track shoe Features

* All the track shoes are subject to through hardening processes with spray quenching technique and tempering processes, which are suitable for pitch range from 101mm to 260mm track link.

* We have different specifiions of track shoes from standard type to high wear resistance type that can meet all customers' different needs.

* We can make casting and forging track shoe which was used in mine and other special working conditions.

* The track shoe was made of special alloy boron steel material and after proper heat treatment, it can play under bend and high-wear effect in any working conditions.

2. Classifiion for Dozer Track Shoe

*Single Grouser: manufactured for rugged operations. Its extra-thick grouser offers excellent resistance.

*Double/Triple Grouser: this type of shoe provides lower traction due to low grousers. Operates efficiently on soft ground and during cargo handling in ships. Low in turning resistance, high in maneuverability.

*Heavy Duty Shoe: The grouser and plate portions of this shoe are thicker and stronger, which provides a higher bending and wear resistance. It is suitable for mid-size and large dozers that are used in abrasive, high-impact appliions.

*Swamp: this shoe is designed with an arc-style penetration, creating buoyancy in swamp appliions. Suitable for use in small and mid-size bulldozers.
