The rollers undergo precision forging and normalization before overall heat treatment, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 52-60 with a hardened layer depth of over 7-10mm (HRC 45). This enhances durability, providing high impact resistance and surface wear resistance on the contact surfaces.
High-quality floating seals and a lubricating system are employed to adapt to diverse climatic and temperature conditions. The rollers can operate under severe working conditions or climates ranging from -45℃ to 120℃, ensuring maintenance-free performance.
Track Rollers are welded first and then precision-machined on vertical CNC turning lathes, eliminating concentricity errors. This process offers unparalleled quality advantages compared to precision machining before welding.
