G33MnCrMo5, G33Mn4, SCMnCr4B, ZG40Mn, and ZG35Mn materials are used for sprocket depending on the model, size and working conditions. The surface hardness reaches HRC48-56 with minimum hardness depth between 5-10mm(HRC45) after the heat treatment process.
