The idler is casted with alkali phenolic resin sand or sodium silicate-bonded sand process. Surface hardness reaches minimum HRC48-58 with hardness depth between 4-6mm (HRC45), after heat treatment process. The idler is able to withstand high impact and wear resistance under harsh working conditions.
